Ingredients
- 1 pound sugar snap peas (end and strings removed)
- coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
Directions
- Place prepared snap peas in a large skillet with 1/4 cup water
- Sprinkle with salt and bring to a boil
- Cook until tender-crisp (3-4 minutes)
- Add butter and remove from heat
- Stir in fresh oregano and serve
