Sugar Snap Peas with Oregano is a quick way to add a green vegetable to any meal.  The perfect side dish.


  • 1 pound sugar snap peas (end and strings removed)
  • coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano


  1. Place prepared snap peas in a large skillet with 1/4 cup water
  2. Sprinkle with salt and bring to a boil
  3. Cook until tender-crisp (3-4 minutes)
  4. Add butter and remove from heat
  5. Stir in fresh oregano and serve
