- 6 ripe pears
- 8 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Cut out the center of each pear.
- Combine the cheeses together in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Stuff the pears with the cheese mixture.
- Cover and chill thoroughly.
- Cut each pear into 6 or 8 wedges.
