Cheesy, creamy stuffed baked potatoes.


  • 4 baking potatoes, baked
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free margarine
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese


  1. Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out the pulp and mash with the milk and margarine. Mix in the cheese and refill the potato shells with the mixture.
  2. Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until warmed.
