Cheesy, creamy stuffed baked potatoes.
- 4 baking potatoes, baked
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons fat-free margarine
- 1/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
- Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out the pulp and mash with the milk and margarine. Mix in the cheese and refill the potato shells with the mixture.
- Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until warmed.
