This refreshing strawberry smoothie makes a filling nutritious snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk or water
  • 1/4 cup dry oatmeal
  • 4 ice cubes, crushed
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Crush ice and then add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth adding more milk or water until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
