Strawberry-pineapple smoothie with almonds is sweet and nutritious. The almonds pack the smoothie with fiber and protein. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 15-20 whole almonds
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

  1. Add the strawberries, milk, pineapple juice, almonds and syrup to a blender. Blend everything until it's smooth. Serve cold.
