Strawberry and mango blended into a yogurt smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the mango into small chunks. Add to the blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
