These soft muffins are bursting with flavor! They make an excellent breakfast treat or afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
Directions
- Combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
- Beat egg, milk, vegetable oil and sugar.
- Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
- Fold in strawberries.
- Pour batter into greased muffin tin.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
