What a great combo! Strawberry and Pineapple Jello Salad is a crowd pleaser.
- 1 large package strawberry gelatin
- 1 7/8 cups boiling water
- 1 package frozen strawberries
- 1 medium size can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- Mix gelatin with boiling water. Cool, but don't let get firm. Add strawberries and pineapple. Pour 1/2 of this mixture in a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Let set and spread sour cream over top. Pour the rest of strawberry mixture on top of sour cream and refrigerate until firm.
