A delicious dairy-free smoothie made with almond butter and almond milk. Serve for breakfast or as a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen (not thawed) whole strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons smooth almond butter
  • 1 cup chilled almond milk
  • Strawberry halve slices to garnish

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a blender and process until mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into 2 tall glasses, garnish with the strawberry halves and serve immediately.
