Try something different. Strawberries Romanoff is a classic dessert that highlights the best of fresh strawberries in season.

In a small bowl, prepare marinade: Combine Curacao, orange juice and brandy. Add strawberries and chill 1 hour, spooning marinade over berries occasionally.
Right before serving: In another bowl with electric mixer at high speed, whip cream until frothy; add sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Spoon strawberries into sherbet dishes and top with whipped cream.
