- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 lemon zest strips
- 2 pack strawberries, hulled and cut in half
- Take a bowl, add wine, sugar and lemon zest in it. Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
- Add strawberries in it. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
- Serve cold.
