Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • red food coloring

Directions

  1. Beat sugar with eggs in large bowl until thick. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into electric ice cream freezer container.
  2. Freeze using freezer directions. Remove dasher and cover top with foil. Let stand for 1 to 3 hours in ice and salt to harden.
