Easy chicken breasts with spaghetti sauce and mushrooms.


  • 6-8 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms


  1. Heat the oil and brown the chicken. Press to one side of the pan and saute the onions.
  2. Stir in the sauce. Cover and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is tender. Serve over pasta.
