No need to garnish this no-nonsense blend of Scotch, bitters and apple cider. Serve in a chilled highball cocktail glass.
- 2 ounces Scotch
- 2 dashes of bitters
- Sparkling apple cider
- Put a highball glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Add a few ice cubes to the prepared glass and then pour in the Scotch.
- Top with the apple cider and serve immediately.
