Use the versatility of peanut butter at lunch time combining it with a new variable.
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- And ONE of the following:
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped raisin
- 1/2 banana, peeled and mashed
- 2 tablespoons chopped apple
- 1 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- Combine the peanut butter and other ingredient. Spread on one slice of the bread and top with the other.
