Steak De Burgo is a great recipe for a tender T bone steak.
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2, 1 pound beef T-Bone Steaks, cut 1 inch thick
- freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat grill to medium. In small bowl stir together basil, olive oil and garlic. Rub over both sides of steaks. Season steaks with pepper.
- Grill directly to desired doneness, 11 to 14 minutes for medium rare; 14 to 16 minutes for medium, turning once.
