Easy slow cooker steak casserole.
- 2 pounds round steak, cut into bite sized pieces
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (16 ounce) can French cut green beans, drained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained
- Layer the steak, potatoes, onion, green beans, soup and tomatoes in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
