Easy slow cooker steak casserole.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds round steak, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (16 ounce) can French cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained

Directions

  1. Layer the steak, potatoes, onion, green beans, soup and tomatoes in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
