- 2 pounds lean round steak
- 2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 (15 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice the steak into serving size pieces. Brown in a skillet. place into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the steak.
