This staple Asian sauce works on everything from gyoza, to dim sum to steamed fish.
- 1 part light soy sauce
- 1 part apple vinegar
- splash of sesame oil
- drizzle of chilli oil
- chopped spring onions to garnish
- minced ginger to taste
- Place the soy sauce, apple vinegar, sesame oil and chili oil into a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Top the sauce with some chopped spring onions and some minced ginger and serve.
