A light refreshing salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 pound) can grapefruit sections
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced or greens of your choice

Directions

  1. Drain the can of grapefruit.
  2. Clean and dry the cucumber or greens of your choice.
  3. Toss in the grapefruit, onions, radishes and cucumber.
