A light refreshing salad.
- 1 (1 pound) can grapefruit sections
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced or greens of your choice
- Drain the can of grapefruit.
- Clean and dry the cucumber or greens of your choice.
- Toss in the grapefruit, onions, radishes and cucumber.
