A beautiful and quick spinach salad.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh spinach (leave small leaves whole, large leafs chop)
- 1 medium sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 8 sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup French dressing
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
Directions
- Rub the inside of a bowl with a cut clove of garlic.
- Toss in spinach. Add the other vegetables on top. Drizzle with dressing.
