Bonal is a complex aperitif wine made from a recipe that dates back to 1865 France. Enjoy its unique taste blended with 2 different kinds of gin and Benedictine.

Ingredients

3/4 ounces Junipero
3/4 ounces Genevieve
1/2 ounce Bonal
1/2 ounce Benedictine
Olive to garnish

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the olive, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish the drink with the olive and then serve immediately.
