Bonal is a complex aperitif wine made from a recipe that dates back to 1865 France. Enjoy its unique taste blended with 2 different kinds of gin and Benedictine.


  • 3/4 ounces Junipero
  • 3/4 ounces Genevieve
  • 1/2 ounce Bonal
  • 1/2 ounce Benedictine
  • Olive to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the olive, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish the drink with the olive and then serve immediately.
