Quick and simple corn side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
Directions
- Mix together everything but the margarine in a bowl.
- Melt the butter in a skillet. Drop the corn mixture by the spoonful into the hot butter. Cook until browned on both sides. Reduce and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
