Quick and simple corn side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Directions

  1. Mix together everything but the margarine in a bowl.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet. Drop the corn mixture by the spoonful into the hot butter. Cook until browned on both sides. Reduce and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
