Spoon Rolls are baked in muffin cups and the batter can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 4 cups self-rising flour
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons dried milk powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 to 1 cup oil
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in 2 cups warm water in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, beating well. Chill covered, until ready to use, up to 10 days.
- Beat batter well. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
