A hearty potato salad.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup beer
- 6 cups, peeled, cubed, cooked potatoes
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 pound bacon, crisped and crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream and beer.
- Fold in the potatoes, onion, celery and bacon, tossing lightly until coated.Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- You can serve cold, or preheat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 20 minutes.
