A creamy spinach chip dip appetizer.
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 bunch green onions with tops, chopped
- 1 (1 ounce) packet vegetable soup mix
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- Press the spinach between paper towels to remove all moisture.
- Mix everything together in a large bowl with a dash of salt. Cover and chill. Serve with chips.
