This recipe can be used as a salad dressing or as a vegetable dip.
- 1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach
- 1 cup oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Rinse, drain and remove the stems from the spinach.
- Pack the spinach down into the blender, add the remaining ingredients on top.
- Blend until smooth.
