Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix everything together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
