Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a double boiler.
  2. Stir and cook until mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a fondue pot.
  4. Serve
