Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a double boiler.
- Stir and cook until mixture is smooth.
- Pour mixture into a fondue pot.
- Serve
