This is a favorite at the parties.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup artichoke hearts
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a double boiler.
Stir and cook until mixture is smooth.
Pour mixture into a fondue pot.
Serve
