Shredded chicken breast low fat spinach salad.


  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise


  1. Pat the spinach dry. Pour into a large bowl. Shred the chicken and toss with the spinach. Pour the lemon pepper and mayonnaise over and toss again.
