Cheesy spinach and artichoke dip.
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped pinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Press the spinach between paper towels to remove all excess moisture. Mix everything together in a bowl and chill. Serve with chips.
