Cheesy spinach and artichoke dip.


  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped pinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Press the spinach between paper towels to remove all excess moisture. Mix everything together in a bowl and chill. Serve with chips.
