Spicy and mushroom and shrimp dinner.


  • 1 pound large raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 1/2 cup fat-free margarine
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • Chili seasoning


  1. Melt 1/4 cup margarine in a skillet. Stir in the shrimp. Saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining margarine and mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes. Sprinkle the chili seasoning over. Serve over rice.
