Cajun seasoned pecans halves.
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 -1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup pecan halves
- Melt the butter in a an oven safe skillet over medium heat. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce and Cajun seasoning. Stir in the pecans until well coated.
- Place in a 225 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes, or until the nuts are crisped.
