Spicy green coriander chutney is a well known and famous chutney in North India. It can be stored refrigerated for a week.
Ingredients
- 15 green chilies
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp potato wafers, crushed
- 2 pinch asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp jaggery
- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 clove garlic
Directions
- Take a frying pan, heat oil in it and fry asafoetida in it. Keep aside.
- Take a grinder, add green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon juice, potato wafers, jaggery, salt, garlic and fried asafoetida in it.
- Grind until a smooth mixture is prepared.
- Store in a glass container and refrigerate.
- Serve with meals.
