Picante marmalade topped pork chop dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 (1/2 inch thick) boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup picante
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons marmalade

Directions

  1. Arrange the pork chops in a baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the chops. Marinate for 1 hour. Broil for 8-10 per side, basting while it cooks.
