Spicy Chicken fingers in an Italian take on a classic recipe, Quck and easy, a dish the whole family will love.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 ground garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Marinara Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Preheat large baking sheet in oven
- Mix crumbs, cheese and garlic on dinner plate
- Pound chicken to a depth or 1/2 inch and cut into strips
- Dip chicken into oil then into crumbs and place on preheated baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes
- Serve with warmed Marinara Sauce
