A great drink to cap a holiday dinner with, serve this Bailey’s Irish Cream, Jamaican rum, egg and spices in a snifter glass for attractive presentation.

Ingredients

2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream liqueur
1/2 ounce Jamaican Rum
Dash of Allspice
Dash of Bitters
1 egg
Cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 45 seconds to combine.
Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish with some cinnamon or nutmeg and then serve immediately.
