A great drink to cap a holiday dinner with, serve this Bailey’s Irish Cream, Jamaican rum, egg and spices in a snifter glass for attractive presentation.


  • 2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Jamaican Rum
  • Dash of Allspice
  • Dash of Bitters
  • 1 egg
  • Cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 45 seconds to combine.
  2. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish with some cinnamon or nutmeg and then serve immediately.
