A great drink to cap a holiday dinner with, serve this Bailey’s Irish Cream, Jamaican rum, egg and spices in a snifter glass for attractive presentation.
- 2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Jamaican Rum
- Dash of Allspice
- Dash of Bitters
- 1 egg
- Cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 45 seconds to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish with some cinnamon or nutmeg and then serve immediately.
