A smooth and luxurious cappuccino, made with hot brewed espresso, is blended with ground cinnamon and cardamom and then topped with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 cup hot brewed espresso
- 1/4 cup flavored liquid nondairy creamer, such as amaretto, Irish creme, or French vanilla
- Dash ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- Dash ground cardamom
Directions
- Place the espresso, creamer and cinnamon into a measuring cup, stir to combine and then transfer into 2 mugs. Top the coffee mixture with the ice cream and then dust with a sprinkle of cardamom. Serve immediately.
