A healthier dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 taspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- Cut the banana into 1/4 inch slices.
- Sprinkle both sides with lemon juice.
- Melt butter in a non stick skillet.
- Stir in sinnamon, honey and nutmeg.
- Add the banana slices.
- Cook for 3 minutes or until golden.
- With a spatula sprayed with non stick spray gently turn the slices over.
- cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
