Quick Italian skillet dinner.
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 (3 ounce) can broiled, sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (1 pound) can spaghetti in tomato sauce
- Crisp, drain and crumble the bacon. Cook the celery and onion in 1 tablespoon of drippings.
- Stir in the mushrooms and spaghetti. Keep over heat until it begins to bubble. Sprinkle the bacon on top.
