Quick eggs benedict breakfast.


  • 1 (.9 ounce) packe Hollandaise sauce
  • 3 English muffins
  • 1 pound ham, sliced into 6 pieces
  • 6 eggs, poached


  1. Prepare the sauce according to the package. Keep warm.
  2. Toast the muffins and heat the ham (about 1 minute in the microwave).
  3. Place a piece of ham and an egg on top of each muffin half. Pour the sauce over.
