Quick eggs benedict breakfast.
- 1 (.9 ounce) packe Hollandaise sauce
- 3 English muffins
- 1 pound ham, sliced into 6 pieces
- 6 eggs, poached
- Prepare the sauce according to the package. Keep warm.
- Toast the muffins and heat the ham (about 1 minute in the microwave).
- Place a piece of ham and an egg on top of each muffin half. Pour the sauce over.
