A creamy, rice and vegetable salad.
- 1 (6 ounce) package chicken-flavored rice and macaroni
- 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 bunch green onions with tops, chopped
- 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2-2/3 cup mayonnaise
- Prepare the rice and macaroni according to the package, without butter. Drain and allow to cool.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients, toss and chill.
