Special Cheese Ring is a great appetizer.  Make sure to have a variety of crackers on hand.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • dash of cayenne

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together; mold with hands into desired shape; refrigerate until chilled. Serve with crackers.
