A sparkling orange and wine punch.
- 6 oranges, unpeeled, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 bottle (750 milliliters) dry white wine
- 3 bottle (750 milliliters) sparkling wine, chilled
- Arrange the orange slices in the bottom of a large glass or plastic container. Sprinkle the sugar over. Pour the white wine on top. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
- When ready to serve, pour the sparkling wine into the container.
