Sparerib and sauerkraut dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds spareribs
  • 2 (16 ounce) large cans sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour the sauerkraut into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Arrange the spareribs on top. Pour the hot water over.
  3. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
