Sparerib and sauerkraut dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds spareribs
- 2 (16 ounce) large cans sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup hot water
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour the sauerkraut into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Arrange the spareribs on top. Pour the hot water over.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour.
