This can be used as a side dish or wrapped in a flour tortilla as a meal.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground chuck
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 28 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1 16 oz can tomatoe sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups of uncooked rice
Directions
- In a skillet brown ground chuck.
- Drain.
- Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Mix together well.
- Cover and cook for 8 to 9 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high.
