A Spanish inspired simple meatloaf dinner.
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 (16 ounce) can Spanish rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup round, buttery cracker crumbs
- Chunky salsa
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix the beef, rice, egg and cracker crumbs together. Shape into the prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. Serve with the salsa over top.
