A Spanish inspired simple meatloaf dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) can Spanish rice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup round, buttery cracker crumbs
  • Chunky salsa

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix the beef, rice, egg and cracker crumbs together. Shape into the prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. Serve with the salsa over top.
