Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- grated fresh ginger
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together to blend.
- Transfer salad dressing to a glass jar with a tightly-fitted lid and place in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks until ready to use.
