Soy sauce isn’t just for stir-fry dishes. Enjoy this spicy and citrusy salad dressing made with a fresh ginger, lemon juice and soy sauce blend.


  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • grated fresh ginger
  • salt & pepper


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together to blend.
  2. Transfer salad dressing to a glass jar with a tightly-fitted lid and place in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks until ready to use.
