Quick and easy beef and potato casserole with onion and salsa.


  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cups frozen potatoes O'Brien, thawed
  • 1 cup salsa


  1. Brown the beef and onion together. Drain. Stir in the potatoes and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add the salsa and cook for 10 more minutes.
