Delicious slow cooker taco casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 1 1/2-2 hours.
